Job role:

• To help prepare and serve food and drink.
• To clear and clean kitchen areas including equipment and utensils.
• To maintain a high standard of hygiene.
• To keep the kitchen clean and tidy in accordance with policies and procedures.

The Person:

You’ll need a flexible attitude to work, able to work without direct supervision and on your own initiative. You should be an excellent communicator in one to one and group situations. Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues and develop effective working relationships.

Ideally, you will hold a current Food Hygiene certificate or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards. Knowledge of current Health and Safety law and good practice is desirable.
