Our client, an environmental not-for-profit organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Digital Marketing Executive to join their vibrant team and be responsible for maximising all online channels to retain customers.
The successful Digital Marketing Executive will be involved in; driving customer retention activity primarily through the use of online marketing; developing a data management strategy to ensure consistency across all acquisition channels and applying segmentation and profiling in order to ensure the organisation improve access to customer insight. The successful candidate will also be in charge of developing and delivering online campaigns and improving cost efficiency of all online communications.
Ideally the Online Marketing Executive will have substantial experience in a digital or direct marketing environment, have strong analytical skills particularly around data and website analytics, as well as experience of customer relationship management activity.
