We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Design Engineer for a 6 month placement. The role will be non-housing with its main focus being on public buildings, it is essential that you have experience of work for a local authority. Applicants should, be strong team players with the ability to communicate well and be comfortable interfacing with clients. You will be working on a variety of projects ranging in size and value. You will be encouraged to work using your own initiative but you will be aware that help is at hand as and when you need it. In your job role you will be meeting clients and visiting as and when required. You will also be expected to produce accurate and professional engineering solutions to meet client briefs. It is likely that you will be Chartered, but in order to be considered for this post you must be qualified to at least HND level, have experience in the use of AutoCAD and have a demonstrable track record of achievement in delivering projects to time and budget.
