My client is a successful training provider in the northwest and is currently looking for Employability Tutor to work on a temporary basis in the Greater Manchester area.
This is a full time temporary role to commence ASAP and is expected to run up to 4 – 8 weeks.
The purpose of the role is to contribute to the delivery of the ESF contract by establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers in receipt of Incapacity and/or other Health Benefits and helping them into sustainable employment.
We are looking for someone who can engage customers by building excellent relationships, utilising their communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working with unemployed clients to identify any issues which are impacting their ability to return to work.
You must posses the ability to identify innovative internal and external solutions to address the challenges the customer faces when trying to obtain work and in doing so you will move the client closer to sustainable employment.
The ideal candidate must be confident and motivated, and thrive in a target driven environment. You will be achieving this by using a range of services designed by the organisation and its partner organisations to help people prepare for and enter a job.
