Eden Brown are recruiting for a Employment Coach required to work in the Castleton area of Derbyshire.
As Employment Coach you will be required to work with people who have learning disabilities on a one to one basis and help them get back into employment and support them whilst in work. Duties will include development training for each individual, empowering the individuals with job finding skills, helping with interview preparation and other duties as and when required.
Candidates must have previous experience within a similar role. excellent team working and negotiation skills are essential. Applicants must have a CRB in place. Car user is essential
