We have an excellent opportunity in the North West to work for one of our Training Provider Clients. Our client is one of the country's leading providers of work-based learning spanning over 50 centres throughout the UK. This role is for an experienced Employment Support Officer.
The main purpose of this role is to place clients with suitable employers. You will attract employers through effective sales, marketing and PR thus previous experience of this will be advantageous. The successful applicant will have good interpersonal skills, be able to empathise with potential client groups and have some sales/marketing experience. You will also need knowledge of the local labour market and the use of a car.
Responsibilities include:
a)To ensure that targets (financial, starts on programmes, conversion of leads, age profile) are met, as agreed with line manager
b)Work with the Marketing department / Sales Manager / Centre Manager to ensure that any advertising or marketing of our services to potential Apprentices that is undertaken by the Centre is appropriately targeted, timed, formatted and placed. Additionally, to record and evaluate advertising to inform future activities.
c)Follow up Apprenticeship leads passed on by the Marketing department, which originate from website or promotional material enquiries, within agreed time frames and process accordingly
d)Follow-up individual learner leads passed from the Contact Centre in line with the Service Level Agreement.
This is a full time permanent role to commence asap. This post is salaried at £18,000 – 20,000 per anum depending on experience.
