A leading charity that helps people get back into work has been awarded ESF funding and require a Employment tutor in York and Hull.
You will contribute to the delivery of the ESF contract by establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers in receipt of Benefits or are facing worklessness and helping them into sustainable employment, which will improve their standard of living. You will deliver outstanding results by achieving and exceeding set targets.
Our client is looking for someone who can engage customers by building excellent relationships utilising their outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to identify any issues which are impacting their ability to return to work. Possesses the ability to identify innovative internal and external solutions to address the challenges the customer faces when trying to obtain work and then gain their trust and commitment to the actions to move them closer to sustainable employment. Must be confident and motivated, and thrive in a target driven environment
You will be:
•Identifying the challenges that the customer faces that prevent them from joining the job market.
•Assisting customers back to work through providing direction for support and guidance, and where appropriate, running workshops, referring them to training programmes and professional medical advice and support through conditional management programmes.
•Using a range of services designed by Working Links and partner organisations to help people prepare for and enter a job.
