We have an excellent opportunity for an Engagement Tutor to work for one of the largest training providers in the North West, this is a full time temporary role based in the Greater Manchester area.
The purpose of this role is to enthuse people who are out of work to participate and get involved with the training organization, to sell the benefits of of the organisation to people, communities, families and influencers.
We are looking for someone who is fun, exciting, can get alongside people and understand their world, and can anticipate and handle objections well. They must be able to sell the benefits of organisation to a variety of target groups in a genuine and caring way. Can work well with people without becoming too attached, and can allocate the job seeker to the right consultant to take them to the next stage. We want some one who is able to
work well as part of a team and can integrate well with the rest of the location.
You will be accountable for:
• Engaging clients linked to the variety of contracts within the business unit.
• Understanding the engagement market, competitors and other partners.
• Selling the company to new clients, understanding their needs and responding with the benefits of joining.
• Working as part of a consultant cluster and wider business team to achieve team and business targets.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with JobcentrePlus and all referrals sources.
