Our Luton based client is looking for a HMO officer to work in its Environmental department.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities for this Post:
Lead the Private Sector Housing Team. Identify and report to the operations manager regarding high profile issues. Monitor compliance with legislation
Co-ordinate the activities of the team to ensure speed and quality of processes in line with agreed targets; Implement working practices to ensure that workloads are dealt with on a timely basis.
Account for enforcement action, reporting on activities as necessary
