A large housing association, a Times Top 100 employer, is looking for a manager to join their dedicated policy team.
You will be responsible for leading the Trust's diversity and equality activity group wide to ensure corporate and operational it meets best practice standards and actively promotes equality and diversity (E&D). You will keep ahead of policy and legal development outside the Trust and provide high level advice on its impact.
You will need working knowledge in the area of equality and diversity, experience in policy/ report writing as well as the ability to analyse and research data. Excellent communication and IT skills are also necessary to be effective in this role.
