Estate Manager required to cover two sheltered housing schemes in Bradford and Dewsbury. Duties will include ensuring the safety and well being of elderly residents, support planning, liaison with external agencies to access relevant services, dealing with housing issues, chasing rent arrears and service charges, accessing housing benefits etc
Candidates must have previous supported housing experience and ideally with the elderly, an up to date enhanced CRB check and access to their own vehicle.
The contract will initially be for 3 to 4 weeks with a possible extension.
