Based at our head office in Staines, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a patch of 450 rented social housing properties in Shepperton (approx. 4 miles from Staines). Your main duties will include maximising rental income, providing a high quality estate management service, enforcement of tenancy conditions, and tenant participation. One day a week will be sent visiting properties in patch. Travel expenses will be re-imbursed.
As a minimum the successful candidate should:
Be educated to GCSE level or equivalent. Have experience in a customer care role providing services and advice to the general public. Be able to clearly communicate at all levels, verbally and in writing, to both internal and external customers. Have experience of working as a team. Have the ability to implement policies and procedures. Have the ability to organise and priorities workload, often under pressure, and ensure that deadlines are met. Be proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
