We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates Surveyor to join our team. This role is within a local authority in the Lancashire area. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, experienced and hardworking. You will be required to have experience in the following;
•New lettings, rent reviews, lease terminations and lease renewals
•Providing Landlord and Tenant advice for a range of properties including offices, industrial and retail properties.
•Preparing structural surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidation's and reports.
•The sale of properties and either Private or Public sector background
You will be providing professional advice including valuations, inspections and discussing compensation proposals. You will also be required to take part in negotiations with professional bodies. This will involve assisting in the timetabling and phasing of purchase and clearance of residential and commercial land and property.
Applicants will be preferably RICS qualified or equivalent.
