A Limited Liability Partnership is being setup in the South East of England and they are recruiting for an Executive Director to lead it. The partnership will take the lead on the planning and development of a business park for the purposes of economic development and increasing job opportunities.
THE ROLE:
- Manage the ventures strategic and operational plans
- Develop and implement the business plan
- Identify business opportunities
- Manage the development of both sites in order to maximise returns
- Liase directly with private businesses looking to invest in the park
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Degree or equivalent
- Ideally RICS qualified or equivalent
- Planning/commercial development from a private or public sector organisation
- Physical and economic regeneration
