Responsibilities
Roll Project Financial models from prior to current period
Prepare proposed monthly sales invoice list and issue to Project Managers
Prepare and maintain monthly sales invoice progress schedule
Ensure customer approval received for sales invoice request from Project Manager
Collate sales invoice requests and submit to Billing Co-ordinator
Monitor aged debt and co-ordinate payment/resolution of overdue sales invoices
Prepare and maintain monthly Account transaction listings
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Billing Process & complete monthly return
Prepare annual CAN budget
Complete Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Financial Responsibilities
Manage financial/business risk
Close monthly books
Develop accurate financial models
Maintain balance sheet excellence
Develop plans/strategy
Improve financial processes
Start up financial aspects of new contracts
Perform client billing
Communicate financial information externally
