Our Merseyside based client requires a Finance Officer for 1 month, subject to possible extension.
The successful candidate's duties will include:
1. Inputting invoices 2. To check and code value added tax accurately 3. To operate the Construction Industry Tax Deduction Scheme in accordance with Inland Revenue requirements 4. To determine due dates for payment and ensure invoices where possible are paid by the due date 5. To provide information on the value of cheque runs and coding for accrual and investment purposes 6. Preparation of cash received for banking 7. Maintainance of the Company's Periodical Payments Register
