Eden Brown are recruiting for a Floating Support Worker required to work in the Barnsley area.
As Floating Support Worker you will be required to provide a full range of support to single teenage parents. Duties will include developing and maintaining support plans, risk assessments, multi-agency liaison, provide advice on a range of benefits and other general duties as and when required.
Previous experience with a Support Worker role, access to your own transport and an enhanced CRB is essential for this role. This post is for 28 - 35 hours per week.
