3 month part time contract available for an experienced Floating Support Worker - North Somerset.
Working with clients with a variety of support needs, you will be responsible for: -
Assisting with Housing and Welfare Benefits Advice.
Ensuring clients are keeping in line with their tenancy agreements
Liaising with other agencies
Developing and working with agreed support plans
In order to apply for this role, you will need previous experience of providing housing related support within the Supporting People Framework. You will also need a full Drivers License and enhanced CRB issued within the last 12 month.
This is a part time contract, 18.5 hours a week. 3 month contract with possible extension.
