Generic Floating Support Worker

Requirement:
• Min 2 Years Experience working with vulnerable service users.
• Sound knowledge and experience of working within the Supporting People Framework.
• Experienced in completing the supporting people key performance indicator workbook and updating client information onto the relevant database.
• Current Enhanced CRB disclosure required.
The main aspects of this role are to:
• Assess service users
• Develop support plans
• Undertake reviews
• Ensure that high quality floating support services are provided to service users with generic/multiple needs in a range of tenures.
