Our client is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to provide administrative support and co-ordinate the activities of the communications and fundraising teams!
Main tasks and responsibilities include arranging meetings, booking appointments and interviews, database administration, undertaking research, handling invoices and attending meetings.
Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be proficient in Office, Excel and Powerpoint. Previous experience of working in an administration role is essential and candidates will ideally have a knowledge of mental health issues.
