A Grounds Maintenance Operative is required to work within the public sector contract of a well-established company in the North and North-West London area. This Grounds Maintenance Operative role will be to maintain the local highways.
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, duties will include traffic management, repairing fencing, clearing, minor drainage works, gritting, laying material such as cement and bituminous. The role will also involve operating light plant and power tools some minor civil works including patching, kerbing, surfacing, drainage, wailing etc. You must be flexible for out of hours call out and winter maintenance
