Working across a set geographical area (ranging from London, Bristol and the West Midlands) as part of our client's national Extra Care operational team, we are looking for an inspirational extra care manager to oversee a team of dispersed managers ensuring they deliver high standards of service within existing Extra Care schemes and also commission and bring into management new schemes. Throughout all of this, you'll be constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of services that we provide and also ensuring that our schemes are managed to a high standard and achieve value for money for residents. You'll do this by leading, motivating and
developing your managers, as well as being part of the wider national team, continually raising standards of performance and achievement.

Previous experience of commissioning or developing new services would be of distinct advantage but is not necessary. You'll need to have a current driving licence, as well as be able to commit to overnight travel when necessary and extensive travel at times.
