Our client based in Southwest London is looking for an experienced HR person to work as a HR Business Partner to help with an increased work load.
The main purpose of the role is to drive forward effective and efficient HR solutions, working in partnership with Senior Managers, key line managers and decision-makers within specific services, to provide high quality expert HR advice and support that ensures effective people management, contributing to improved organisational effectiveness, to pro-actively identify where HR can add value in support of strategic goals and ensuring its integration into the business planning process and the way the Client will deliver services in the future, maintain and develop specialist expertise and professional contacts, cascading knowledge and sharing best practice with colleagues as appropriate.
The right candidate NEEDS to be a Graduate Memebr of the CIPD and hold 4-5 years post qualification experience in HR
