A Local Authority are currently seeking an experienced HR Consultant to provide professional, timely HR advice to managers on a wide range of cases, including complex cases relating to conduct; capability; sickness and grievance. To also provide advice on general employee relations issues that affect the workplace on a day to day basis.
You will be CIPD qualified with competent ICT skills. Previous experienced within the public sector if preferred, but not essential.
