HR Manager – Children's Disability Charity – Based Victoria - £35,000 pa
As the HR Manger of this dynamic inclusive and liberating disability charity you will develop and provide a comprehensive HR service strategy aligned to the organisations goals and reflecting industry best practice.
As a fully qualified CIPD practitioner with a proven track record in the development of HR practice and procedures you will liaise with all areas of the charity in relation to Employee Relations, Recruitment and Retention, Performance Management and Reward, People Development, HR Administration and Budgeting.
Reporting into the CEO you will develop and build a HR structure within the charity and effectively set up operational HR functions across the organisation as a whole. This role will be stand alone so the ideal candidate will have the breadth of knowledge to fulfill the above areas.
