Our client, a leading provider of affordable housing is one of the leading housing associations in England. They are looking to appoint Head of Customer Services Manager based in East London.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* to take a key leadership role in delivery of service * to ensure a high standard of customer service and the "one stop shop" is delivered effectively * accountable for setting of all rent, service charges and support charges * accountable for collection of all income due from residents * to ensure complaints and feedback are dealt with promptly * to manage a budget
The organisation are looking for a candidate who has experience of:
* working within social housing and its regulatory framework * formulating business bids * staff management * developing and implementing strategies * working to tight deadline
This salary is £55,000 on a permanent basis, with additional benefits and bonuses available
