My Client in Nottingham would like to appoint a Homelessness Officer within an existing team. The successful candidate will will assist those facing homelessness and housing need by offering a range of information, assistance and advice. The Homelessness Officer will also conduct relevant investigations, liaising with partner agencies, maintain accurate records and make robust decisions within the statutory framework.
The overall purpose of this post is to; 1) Provide high quality customer focused housing services. 2) To assist those who are homeless or in other housing need and offer a range of information, assistance and advice on housing options. 3) To make investigations on homeless applications and make consistent and appropriate decisions in relation to statutory duties.
