We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Housekeeper with a positive approach to join Anchor Homes.
Job Role:
• To carry out housework in the home and the residents’ flats in accordance with their wishes, encouraging independence and choice.
• To maintain an organised system for the storage and ordering of household materials.
• To maintain confidentiality in accordance with Anchor’s procedures.
• To answer telephone calls and deal with visitors to the home in a polite and courteous manner.
The Person:
• Must be hard working and have a positive attitude
• Must be empathetic to the needs of older people
