We are currently recruiting for a Housing Assistant with specific focus around income recovery and rent arrears to work within a busy Housing Management Team in Basingstoke.
You will be responsible for assisting with low level rent arrears, formulating agreements and sending out letters.
Ideally, you will be an experienced Housing Assistant with a good working knowledge of Income Recovery processes.
This is a 6 - 8 week full time contract to start ASAP.
