An experienced Housing Officer is required for a large housing association in Poole. This is a full-time contract, which is to start as soon as possible and which will run for a minimum of three months.
This is a generic Housing Officer position, managing a patch of approximately 600 properties. This role does not involve rent or arrears, but does cover ASB, resident involvement, tenancy and estate management and environmental improvement.
You will need at least 2 years experience in a similar setting, with particularly good customer care and resident involvement skills. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Housing Officer to continue their personal development in a tenant-focused setting.
