A Home based Housing officer is required to work in Milton Keynes for a cooperative. You will be required to work from home or on the Estates 4 days per week and the other 1 day a week you will be at Head Office in South East London.
You will be required to act as a designated liaison officer for a specified number of client cooperatives and will be responsible for the direct provision of some services such as co-operative governance and management support and more complex management services.
You will also be responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the full range of services provided under the management agreements with each client cooperatives.
The estates will be based in Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempsted and Welwyn Garden City.
The purpose of the Home based Housing officer role is to ensure that the estates that you are managing are able to receive a more responsive service to tenants rather than an officer based at head office could. For this reason the person appointed to the post must be able to work from home and have space that can be devoted to a home office and must live in or very near to Milton Keynes.
