This varied and challenging role will involve:
Undertaking and reporting on home visits to existing and prospective tenants.
Meeting new applicants, explaining tenancy agreements and carrying out follow up visits.
Regular inspection of allocated 'patch' including dealing with issues such as abandoned cars, monitoring of caretaking/grounds maintenance services, vandalism and graffiti.
Carrying out tenancy audits, transfer review visits, and working with residents on anti-social behaviour issues.
