Our client is a Housing Association based in Merseyside who are now looking to secure the services of a Housing Officer to join them on a contract of at least 4 months.
The role will involve:
- carrying out tenant visits, there are around 700 in total and Officers are expected to carry out around 7 per day.
- overseeing tenancy agreements
- ensuring tenancy sign ups
- carrying out tenancy check ups
- maintaining house files on a regular basis
- dealing with a set caseload of clients
The ideal applicant will:
- have excellent interpersonal skills
- have housing officer experience
- have experience in arrears work
