An experienced Housing Officer is required for our social housing client in St Austell. This is a 3 month, full- time contract covering sickness, which has the potential to run for longer. This role is to start as soon as possible.
You will be providing an integrated and comprehensive housing management service to approximately 600 properties in the mid-Cornwall area. You will monitor rents and chase arrears, initiating Court processes where applicable. You will also monitor anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes, taking appropriate action where required.
You will also manage all other areas of housing and tenancy support including benefits advice, voids management, letting of properties and garages, repairs ordering, and tenant consultation and participation.
This is an excellent opportunity to take a role in a busy local Housing Association. You will need previous experience in a similar setting, and to be available to start at short notice.
