Housing Officer required to cover a patch of properties in the Huddersfield area. The patch of properties will include a mixture of generic and supported tenancies. The role will involve lettings and allocations, collecting and monitoring of rent arrears and dealing with anti-social behaviour. The patch will also include 2 sheltered housing schemes.
Candidates must have previous experience working within a housing officer role ideally in both a generic and supported environment.
