Our Client based in Milton Keynes is looking for a Housing Officer with extensive experience in Anti Social Behaviour and building the case in relation to ASB and going to court.
Duties will include the following:
1.To deliver efficient, high quality customer focused neighbourhood housing services, within a geographical area.
2.To meet operational performance targets through effective maximisation of income and ensuring costs are kept within budget.
3.To provide customer involvement and community development opportunities in line with the national strategy.
4.To have input to policies and procedures to achieve continuous improvement and efficiency in service quality and delivery.
5.To comply with Health & Safety regulations and Safe Working Practices.
6.To represent at neighbourhood level and liaise with key local partners.
7.To support Sustainable Communities Strategy and contribute to neighbourhood regeneration projects.
8.To support the provision of a responsive and effective repairs service to all residents.
Essential Requirements:
-Full driving license and use of vehicle.
-Willingness to attend evening and weekend meetings/events as required.
-Willingness to travel across the area to deliver services from different locations.
-Able to visit residents and applicants in their homes.
