A Hampshire based Housing Association is seeking to employ a Generic Housing Officer paying £13 - £15 per hour paye
An on-going contract the main duties will be to manage Day to day generic management of a defined area of properties and the enforcement of tenancy conditions, including the interviewing of tenants, dealing with telephone enquiries and carrying out programmed and 'spot check' visits, dealing with low level anti social behaviour and liaising with Tenancy Enforcement Officer external agencies on anti-social behaviour, as necessary, maintaining reports and responding to correspondence.
You must have a current and clean CRB as well as having a driving licence and your own vehicle.
