An experienced Housing Options Team Leader is required for our Social Housing client in Trowbridge. This contract is immediately available, and is set to run until March 2009. This can either be worked on a timesheet or fixed-term contract basis.
You will be leading the Housing Needs team, ensuring the delivery of an efficient, effective and responsive homelessness service, including temporary accommodation. Working alongside the Housing Needs Manager, you will assist in the development of homelessness strategy to support specific groups. You will also undertake more complex and sensitive casework.
You will need previous experience in a similar role, and have a demonstrable background in leading housing options teams.
