A Housing Support Officer is required for a Housing Association based in East London.
You will be responsible for ensuring that a high quality service is delivered to the customer in accordance with the Service Strategy and Performance targets of the Housing Association.
You will be required to deliver a high quality Housing service covering all aspects of generic housing management.
You will required to provide advice, information and assistance for tenants and leaseholders and ensuring effective liaison with service providers covering areas such as Leasehold/R.T.B. Management, Works undertaken by Technical Contractors; Out of hours emergency repair services; Housing Benefits; First Stop Shops Services and Lettings.
You will also be required to liaise with and ensure effective communications are maintained with other sections and service providers e.g. Benefits, Rent Arrears, Lettings etc and you will ensure that all duties are carried out in strict accordance with financial regulations, statutory requirements and performance targets.
