You must be part CIPD qualified and be looking for the next step up. We are looking for someone who is pro-active and will make any necessary changes.
This is a stand alone role where you will be responsible of all aspects of HR within the company, it will be a busy yet rewarding role and offers the right candidate the opportunity to gain valuable experience and implement new ideas.
Your main duties will involve overseeing all recruitment, issuing and updating contracts of employment and the employee handbook. You will be responsible for all discipline and grievance issues, working closely with the directors and management team and assisting with TUPE acquisitions. You must ensure that managers operate within the boundaries of employment law, provide training and advice when needed.
