Eden Brown are currently recruiting a Sundry Income Debt Worker for a contract with a Social Housing provider.
Candidates must have the following skills and experience:
Knowledge of financial systems, housing benefit, IT applications such as spreadsheets, databases.
Experience of Agresso is desirable
Awareness of debt issues and the process involved in the recovery of debt
Negotiation and communication skills
Numerate, accurate and a good organiser
Able to work to tight deadlines and deliver high quality work on time
Candidates must be available immediately. The contract will initially be for 2 to 3 months.
