2 full time permanent Information Management Assistants are required in Leeds to provide the day-to-day maintenance and support of the Corporate Customer Relationship Management system and assist the London based Senior IT Project Officer.
Working as a member of the IT Team, the Information Management Assistants will work with a broad range of colleagues across the organisation, supporting their use of the system, as well as ensuring their data requirements are met by the corporate database. The post holders will be responsible for updating and maintaining the system. Duties will include: ·Respond to any Integra queries received via email or telephone, within a timely manner in accordance with IT policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained. ·Regular maintenance and updates of new organisational and individual records, amending data as it becomes obsolete ensuring no duplicate data exists. Being aware of existing methods and looking for new ways of maintaining and collecting accurate data. ·Dealing with bouncebacks received from various corporate mailings and ensuring these are kept to a minimum through regular data maintenance ·Carrying out daily information synchronisation with the website and de-duplicating this information in the process ·Assisting the Senior IT Project Officer in relevant projects and providing Introductory Integra training to new staff. ·Organise meeting set up and shared resources i.e. Laptops, Projectors, Video Conferencing Facilities to support the staff where required and ensure all resources are accounted for and available when required.
The Information Management Assistants will have experience working in a support role in a busy office environment. IT literacy and competence in the use of MS Office is essential in order to do the job effectively, along with the following: ·Accuracy and excellent attention to detail ·Database input and experience as an end user ·Excellent customer service skills ·Ability and willingness to carry out regular accurate information maintenance work ·Self motivated and able to act on own initiative within the guidelines set out by the Senior IT Project Officer ·Ability to prioritise ·Good oral and written communication skills
