Our client, a leading child service provider based in South London, has a fantastic opportunity for an Intensive Personal Advisor. The role is an ongoing position and is excellently paid.
The position entails the following duties:
-Managing a smaller more intensive caseload of young people
-Providing advice and guidance on a wide range of issues.
-Working on a 1-2-1 basis and facilitating group work.
As the successful applicant you will need:
-An NVQ 4 in advice and guidance is a must, whilst a QCG will be accepted based on intensive experience
-Comprehensive understanding of Connexions
-A enhanced CRB disclosure is essential to this post.
-A proven track record working in an advisory capacity in particular working with hard to reach young people
