The leading College in Kent is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic manager, who can support and lead the Hair and Beauty team in the delivery of high quality teaching.

This a full time and permanent opportunity with fantastic remuneration and prospects for future advancement. The position would suit an ambitious curriculum leader from another college, keen to progress with a higher profile college, or an ambitious manager from a smaller college. The college are looking to merge their current Hair and Beauty departments so a candidate with experience of change management would be beneficial.
