Reporting directly to the Head of Benefit Fraud, the post holder will be responsible for the operational management of the service covering the investigation and Intelligence teams. The prime candidate should have previous counter fraud experience gained within a benefits environment, sound knowledge of legislation relevant to the field and a proven track record of being able to develop team work, improve service delivery and ensure that performance targets are achieved. Previous strong managerial experience (particularly performance management) as well as excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
The initial length of contract is 1 year.
