Our client, a North Western NHS Acute Trust, is currently seeking a Head of Performance, Capacity Management & Business Planning Operations. Reporting on an interim basis of 3 months to the Chief Operating Officer, the post-holder will be responsible for the systematic development of contracting and performance management within the organisation. This will include
The development and implementation of speciality specific capacity plans with directorate managers, ensuring that all activity and access standards are delivered.
Leading on the development and implementation of a stronger performance management framework to ensure the achievement of NHS plan targets.
Reporting to the Board, clinicians and operational managers on performance against NHS plan targets, providing and implementing remedial action where necessary.
Developing SLA's and legally binding contracts with commissioners across the region.
Maintaining the financial and organisational success of the organisations PbR scheme, whilst leading and coordinating the business planning function of the organisation.
Our client that the post holder posses excellent and recent experience of leading on capacity planning issues and performance management, along with
•Demonstrable knowledge of NHS policy in relation to performance management, capacity planning and the development of independent sector foundation trust.
•Recent experience working in the acute setting at a senior level, with a preferable 5 years of experience in NHS management.
