Role - Junior 2nd Line Support Analyst
Location – Central Manchester
Salary – £18,000 - £20,000 + overtime + benefits
Duration – Eight month fixed term contract
Skills - 1st line support, Windows 2000/XP, MS Office applications and excellent customer facing and communication skills.
The Junior 2nd Line Support Analyst will have commercial experience in 1st line support in a Windows 2000/XP environment, advanced MS Office skills and excellent customer facing and communication skills. Any experience in 2nd line support, document management software, remote dial in software and/or hand held devices such as Blackberry's is desirable but not essential.
Your role will be to provide 2nd line support both over the telephone and desk side, resolving various Microsoft and bespoke application issues.
Please note my client is offering the successful applicant the opportunity to move into a 2nd line role. Whilst previous experience is preferred those that can demonstrate strong 1st line will also be considered as full training will be provided.
