Our Surrey based client is looking for a Childcare Lawyer to start end May on a 6 month basis.
To provide legal advice to and put into legal effect the instructions of the County Council in such a way as to provide the Council with an excellent and continuously improving legal service.
Primarily this post will be dealing with the work of the Children's Service.
Manage a full, varied but less complex caseload of legal matters in child care law including giving legal advice to colleagues within the Council on the law and practise in this area to enable the Council to discharge its functions legally and effectively.
You must be a qualified solicitor or barrister for this position.
