Morgan Hunt has an exciting opportunity for an experienced leasehold officer to work within a reputable housing association based in South Yorkshire.
Daily duties include:
Managing Leasehold properties
Taking responsibility for the management of schemes
Managing the estates
Reporting and checking repairs to properties
and ensuring service charge and rent arrears are collected
