One of our leading FE Colleges located within the South East London / Kent area is looking for a Food Preparation and Cooking lecturer/tutor.
A successful candidate will be required to hold a PGCE or a level 5 qualification and have extensive experience within the catering/hospitality environment as a chef.
You will also need a minimum of a level 3 qualification in food preparation and service and hold specific knowledge of hygiene and standards.
The college is a major provider of work-based training within the capital and is currently forging successful relationships with employers on a regional and national scale.
Additionally, it would be beneficial to hold the A1 or D32/33 qualification with experience in delivering NVQ's in Food Preparation and Cooking, and have a strong vocational background within the Hospitality industry.
